30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@snootco.us with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
3. Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective)
4. Once we receive the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@snootco.us with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–7 business days after we receive the return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened: grooming tools, pet beds, and food dispensers.
